Hello, I am going to talk to you about different types of coaching. I honestly have not used a coach, but I am sure it could be beneficial for some. I certainly hope you find it as interesting as I have. The types of coaching I will be talking about are life, health, dating, beauty and insurance.
What Is Life and Business Coaching?
Life and business coaching is finding out what you want, what you need to learn, moving past what is getting in your way, creating a plan that aligns with what you value, and building on your strengths. If you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with stress, longing for clarity, a sense of purpose, leveraging your strengths, or grow your business, a life and business coach can help you with this. If you are not getting the results you want and looking for the best in professional support, get a plan, and move past your doubts and distractions to make a breakthrough. It’s about supporting you to make the changes needed to achieve the outcomes you desire. Business and life coaching is an excellent way of supporting you through these important changes
Fitness and Wellness Coach – No Pain, No Gain
Fitness Coaching deals with fitness related goals. Wellness Coaching addresses comprehensive wellness goals including fitness, but also addresses goals related to nutrition, weight control, and stress management. Coaching combined with fitness, gives you hands-on instructions to fitness techniques that meet your goals, and the expertise and companionship of a trainer to push and monitor your techniques, at least, some time. Let’s face it, when you exercise you are going to be sore. The best way to stay the course when trying to reach a fitness and wellness goal, is to have a buddy system in place to encourage you when you feel like quitting.
Finding A Dating Coach – Are They Legit?
I never used a dating coach and honestly never thought about it. I am not saying I was the most popular girl either. When I was younger I had my fair share of attention from men and dated. How about you, have you ever used a dating coach? Were you popular when you were growing up? Did you ever use a coach or follow the advice of a friend on how to find someone to date? I read about it online and a dating coach is a legitimate thing.
There are people who do use dating coaches to help them train on surface level issues as well as on a deeper level. We all have beliefs when it comes to dating and relationships. These beliefs impact our behaviors and decision-making processes. A coach will ask you questions about what you are thinking and why you think that way. Changing your belief system means changing the way you interact with the world around you. By doing things differently, means a different outcome for your love life. A great dating coach will not seek to change who you are, but to rather help you follow a process of becoming more of who you were before life stepped in. A reputable dating coach has a good track record, and discusses with their client the success rate in meeting their goals. The coach should be in a committed, successful, relationship and living what they preach. They will tell you like it is, help you understand you are the common denominator in your relationship woes, inspire you to move forward, and motivate you to make a positive change. The outcome is 100% your responsibility. Those who succeed, choose a better love life for themselves and do not shift the blame to external circumstances.
Imagine Being A Beauty Pageant Coach
Pageant coaching is a full-service consulting business that was one of the first of its kind to adopt a team approach to pageant coaching. The coaches are comprised of a team of experts including, walking/stage presence, fitness/nutrition, interview, talent, wardrobe styling, hair/makeup, and more, which enables the contestant to have a whole team behind them, when competing on and off the stage.
The beauty pageant coaching program involves a tailored menu for the mind, body, and soul. It is best to be prepared, get expert training, and guidance. This is a great opportunity to learn what is holding you back along with finding out what can take you further and an opportunity to perfect your skills. It is not as easy as people may think to be in a beauty pageant. It is a lot of work training with a coach, learning all the steps of the program, memorizing your speech, how to walk, and talk. Imagine walking out onto that stage with all those people out there as well as the judges. Could be exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Allowing a beauty pageant coach take you through all the necessary steps to prepare you for your first pageant, can make this a once in a lifetime opportunity to shine.
Coaching – Insurance Brokers, “Got Insurance?”
Brokers use their experience and professional knowledge to help you assess your insurance needs, shop for the best value in insurance coverage, and help you if you have a claim. A brokers service includes:
- Assessing your needs and getting quotes.
- Comparing the coverage of different insurers to get the best rates and making recommendations.
- Searching for opportunities to reduce premiums by combining different types of insurance to get discounts.
- Explaining premiums, terms, conditions and any part of the policy that you don’t understand.
- Providing administrative follow-up such as, certificates of insurance, mortgage changes.
- Providing advice and revisions when your policy needs to be renewed or at mid- term if material changes are to be made.
- Answering questions after the purchase. Brokers are usually established in their community and insurance is their primary business.
- Brokers ensure the claims are fairly handled. They help you with the process and ensure a speedy settlement.
There is no cost to you for the services that a broker provides. The broker is paid a commission through the insurance company that you choose to do your business with.
Coaching or The Buddy System – Which Would You Choose?
Wow! All these coaches (life & business, fitness & wellness, dating, beauty & insurance) for different aspects of life. I know when I was growing up I never really heard of all these coaches. Maybe because I wasn’t in that crowd of people that had money to burn on things like that. I guess I knew the celebrities had coaches for anything they needed them for. When I would see certain commercials on TV about losing weight and exercising and how great they looked, I would think, “Yeah, I bet you have a trainer or coach to help you”. Well, I guess it all depends on the person and what they want to do. Hire a coach, or just do it the old-fashioned way and use a friend to talk to or as a buddy system. If you use a coach, you pay for their services. If you have a friend who is willing and able to spend the time to support you through what you need, it doesn’t cost you a dime. It is ultimately up to you to decide. What are your thoughts on this?
